Vessel Electric’s electricians are among the best in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. In addition to being licensed, experienced and formally trained, our electricians possess a strong work ethic and exhibit a high level of professionalism and integrity. In addition, to maintain a highly skilled electrical crew, Vessel Electric requires its employees to constantly build their skills and knowledge in the electrical field by engaging in-service training.

Our full service electrical crews consist of the following trades men and women:

Master Electrician

Our master electricians have at least eight years of experience. These licensed electricians originate projects and collaborate with construction crews, engineers and architects to ensure the proper configuration and installation of all electrical work. They provide supervision and guidance to journeymen and apprentices, and inspect the final work on each project to confirm quality, safety and adherence to NEC standards.

Journeyman

Our journeymen are formally trained through a four-year apprenticeship program and are licensed electricians. They take the reins and work independently to perform all levels of electrical work under the guidance of a master electrician.

Apprentice

Our licensed apprentices perform entry-level electrical tasks under the supervision of journeymen.

Electrical Helpers

Our electrical helpers are potential electricians in training who provide manual labor to keep our work flowing smoothly. They support electrical crews by providing support to apprentices and journeyman as needed in the form of material handling, tool management and cleaning and organizing.
